LiDCO GROUP PLC Japanese Launch of
PulseCO Monitor

LiDCO, the UK-based, AIM-traded cardiovascular monitoring company,
announces that it has been informed by Nipro Corporation, its
Japanese Distributor, that it officially launched the PulseCO
Monitor in Japan at the major congress of the Japanese Clinical
Anaesthesia Society. Already several important and influential
hospitals are evaluating the product with numerous other hospitals
requesting evaluations following the launch.
The market launch in Japan expands the Company’s sales
coverage into the world’s second largest market for the
Company’s products. As part of its marketing plans, Nipro
intends to exhibit the PulseCO Monitor extensively over the
next six months at major congresses and meetings in Japan, including
at the Japanese Society of Artificial Organ Transplant, Japanese
Coronary Association, Japanese Circulation Society, Japanese
Surgical Society and the Japanese Society of Anaesthesiologists.
Nipro has 50 branch offices and a sales force of 200.
