In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, LiDCO (AIM:LID),the cardiovascular monitoring company, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2009, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders today and details are available to view on the Company’s website at www.lidco.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 June 2009 at 11am at the offices of Abchurch Communications, 100 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6EU.
