LIDCO SENSOR INTERFACE

INTRODUCTION

The LiDCO Sensor Interface amplifies the signal produced by the LiDCO Lithium Sensor for interpretation by LiDCO Hemodynamic Monitoring Systems. It consists of a high performance analog amplifier and a precision analog to digital convertor powered by a permanent battery, and a USB interface powered by the USB connection. The 2 sections are optically isolated.
The LiDCO Hemodynamic Monitoring System will indicate the voltage of the Sensor Interface front-end permanent battery and advise when the unit should be returned to your local LiDCO representative for service and calibration.
Calibration data and conversion factors are stored in memory within the Sensor Interface. The unit should be regularly tested and re-calibrated as required by LiDCO authorised personnel.
The device is sealed and should only be opened by LiDCO qualified service personnel.
