LiDCO is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in its business activities in the UK and overseas. Corruption of any kind is detrimental not only to the Company but also to the wider community. The Company will not tolerate any form of bribery by, or of, its employees, agents or consultants or any person or body acting on its behalf. Senior management is committed to implementing effective measures to prevent, monitor and eliminate bribery. This is not just a cultural commitment on the part of LiDCO; it is a moral issue and a legal requirement.

LiDCO prides itself on its reputation for acting fairly, honestly and ethically wherever it does business. LiDCO's reputation is built on its integrity as a Company, the values of its employees and its collective commitment to acting with integrity throughout the organisation.

LiDCO has implemented policies which are designed to prevent bribery. The Company has a detailed Anti-Bribery Policy which sets out how its employees, agents and persons acting on its behalf should behave and what to do if they are confronted with corruption. The Policy has been adopted by LiDCO's board which attaches the utmost importance to compliance with it.  The Company requires individuals acting on its behalf to embrace the Policy and to use it in all aspects of their day to day work. Any breach of the Policy is likely to constitute a serious disciplinary, contractual and criminal matter for the individual concerned and may cause serious damage to the reputation and standing of the Company.

If any person acting on behalf of LiDCO has any doubts about the Company's Anti-Bribery commitment or Policy, they should refer the matter to their Line Manager, the HR Manager, the CEO or the Chairman in accordance with the Company's whistle blowing policy.
